Interest calculation on tds on commission

29 June 2012 what is condition for pay interest on Tds on commission or in what cases we have to pay int with tds on commission ?

please solve my query as soon as possible

29 June 2012 Interest is payable if TDS is late deducted or late deposited.

29 June 2012 if i paid commission on 25th june 2012, if i want paid tds on 1st july 2012, so should i liable for any interest on tds ?

29 June 2012 TDS deducted during a month is to be deposited by 7th of next month (30th April in case of March).

SO if TDS deducted in the month of June is deposited on 1st July there will be NO interest liability.
