28 November 2007 Can a firm under VAT Composition Scheme, do inter-state purchase. If not, what is the logic behind this.

30 November 2007 In Assam the sitution is this:-

01. Retail traders under composite scheme are not entitled for inter state purchases.

02. Works contractors under composite scheme are entitled for inter state purchases and are also entitled for issuing C forms.
