22 January 2016 Can a Pvt Company give Inter Corporate Deposit to another Public & Private Limited? is there any implication if the lending company is member of borrowing company? Can Lending company can give interest free Inter Corporate Loan/deposit? Kindly advise with the relevant section of Companies Act, 2013?
