22 January 2014 can we take input vat credit on AC purchase for office use or Workshop purpose ?

22 January 2014 Input VAT credit can be taken only upon VAT paid on any machinery used in the manufacture of Goods. So if the AC is used to facilitate any machinery or any process of manufacture then ONLY you can claim input credit.
