CGST Amendment Act 2018 - new clause has been inserted - ITC in respect of services of general insurance, servicing, repair and maintenance related to a motor vehicle is now specifically in the blocked credit category under sec 17(5)

23 April 2019 There was no clarity on the subject before 01 Feb 2019 . It was never available but scope of interpretation was open for taxpayers
