Yes.The present time limit is one year effective from 01.03.2015.earlier to this for some period it was 6 months only as per the Finance Act,2014. ca sagar mal pareek

Yes the source is proviso to Rule 4(7) of CEnvat Credit Rules,2004.ca sagar mal pareek
