Dear Experts, A seller has policy that they didn't pay back the VAT amount on goods sold returned if it is received after 3 months. Now my query is 'Can buyer claim Input credit on the ground that he already paid the tax amount? (Suppose the goods returned is within 6 months.) Thanks in advance
