Dear Sir,
My Auditor gives "Cash memo of charges" instead of Tax invoice for their professional Service with Service Tax @12.36%.
Can i Take this as a Input Credit? if i take this, will it makes any problem in future?
Please Advice us.

CENVAT credit will be available if the service tax registration number is mentioned on the invoice.
