i need ur expert advice and methodology to help a software programmer in developing a inhouse accounting software for a huge university comprising of 16 colleges of different streams. I am A Qualified C.A recently passed out presently working there and got the opportunity in participating of activities of changing the Accounting software from Tally 9.0 to there own ERP software..

1. Please list down your requirements.
2. Please list down your current reports if any which you are getting from Tally. Check whether the same report will be generated in new system
3. Based on your requirements find out additional report which the system will generate
4. Find out whether the system is flexible enough to satisfy your future requirements of reports.
5. You have mentioned about 16 colleges, so please check whether the system will take care automatically of inter college transactions?
