Is there any exhaustive list of informations which a shareholder is entitled to seek legally and the company is liable to provide?
Can a shareholder ask for the details of debtors, creditors, investment with all the minute details like date, purpose and name of the party.
Plz suggest.

Yes a shareholder can ask.
Bcoz it is duty of the company to provide annual balance sheet of the company to the shareholders.
