whether any quarterly filing of board meeting is required as per companies law.
our's is pvt. ltd. co.
pls provide me information regarding any filing of documents as per companies act (regarding board meeting & annual meeting)

Dear Priti,

There is no requirement for quarterly filing as per Companies law both for Pvt ltd. or public ltd.

However as per listing agreement you are required to file quarterly for public limited.
