Dear Deepak,
A student can take admission either in Foundation Course or Executive course provided he is graduate in any discipline except in fine arts.
a. Foundation: If student has completed his +2 or on appearing basis, Either get registered through on-line by going through ICSI Website.
or take an admission form from Chapter Office of your region or Regional Chapter.
Fill the form with all the attachment get it attested through the person named at Form and send it to ICSI.
The same is to be adopted in case of Executive.
Carrier Opportunity is also good in metros cities and other places. Once you will clear your Final and Article ship/Training you will get a better Job.
DVAT 04 Form is self explanatory you don't have to fill any extraordinary item, just go through, simple details has to be entered.
