are ind a/c standards (new) applicable for nov 2013 ca final attempt

It yet to be announce by the ICAI. However IND AS given exemption to May 2013 exams. i.e its not applicable for May 2013 exams but till now ICAI doesn't made any announcement regarding November 2013 it may be announce on June 2013.
