i have heard that institute has increased (just doubled) the stipend As per Page no. 8 of "Dainik Jagran News Paper"(kanpur publication) dated 24.09.2010.
i want to be sure is it true ?? if yes, then from when it is applicable ?

It is revised by ICAI. But pending for approval of Government of India. Effective date will depend upon the approval of GOI.
