04 March 2015 current service tax rate is 12% service tax + Education cess 3% = 12.36%

New proposed service tax rate is 14% is included service tax or service tax 14% + education cess 3% = 14.42%
or
included service tax + Education cess = 14%

19 May 2015 Revised Service Tax Rate will be applicable from 01.06.2015.
