Increase in authorized capital

12 January 2013 Respected Sir,
we had followed Table-A in AOA. So in order to increase authorised capital of Pvt Ltd company whether ordinary resolution will do or we have to pass special resolution?
As there is alteration in capital clause of MOA so is there any need to pass any special resolution?

12 January 2013 i) Increasing authorized share capital - section 94 - special business - ordinary resolution.

ii)Alteration of MOA - section 16 - special business - ordinary resolution.

iii) Alteration of AOA - section 31 - special business - special resolution.
