VERY URGENT......
MY COMPANY IS A PRIVATE COMPANY IN MUMBAI.
MY COMPANY WANTS TO INCREASE AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL FROM 25 CRORE TO 35 CRORE,WHAT IS FEES PAYABLE FOR THE SAME?
IN MY OPINION IT IS RS 1000 ON EVERY 5 LACS INCREASE IN CAPITAL,SO IT COMES OUT RS 200000.
AM I CORRECT,PLEASE HELP ME OUT URGENTLY...

sir both stamp duty and filing fees are to be paid before filing form-5 or may be paid after.

As per MCA calculation fee for Rs. 10Cr is 5 lakh and no stamp duty will be paid on increased capital.

sir 5 crore is fine but in my opinion state of maharastra increase in authorize capital stamp duty is to be paid @ rs 1000 on every increase in rs 500000.
