Incorrect date of birth on pan

My client claimed that his date of birth is wrong on PAN card. So, i have filled correction form with NSDL. My client now wants me to efile his ITR and do not want to wait for correction of D.O.B.
Kindly suggest, whether efiled return can be rejected by CPC, on account of wrong D.O.B. ?

13 July 2013 Yes if ur pan rectification application is pending or if its in process then ur clients return mayntbe uploaded also.

Contact ur Jurisdictional ao for is matter.

13 July 2013 If you want to file return urgent basis,,

1)please try to register your PAN with income tax efiling website

2)there we need to register using DOB of our client..as per PAN records...So

(i)try to register with DOB as on PAN and DOB as on correct record means which you submitted for correction..

So use DOB in ITR...with which you are able to register your PAN with incometaxefiling website..because as on date this DOB is the DOB as per PAN records..
