For incorporation of Pvt Ltd company which documents are required to submit in Physical and which can be submited through E-filling.

in fact almost all the documents need to be filed in electronic form.

All the attachments to eForm 1, i.e MOA, AOA, COnsent letters, Stamp Paper for Form1, Power of attorney, will have to filed to the ROC after you have filed the form and paid the fees either by card or in challan.
