12 April 2018 I want to incorporate company where three directors are resident in Dubai and only one Director is Indian.

Pl. know me which documents will required for DIN and Incorporation ? Directors resident in Dubai is having passport of Dubai. which attestion self or otherwise will require.

12 April 2018 For Dubai people :-

1. Passport - for identity proof.

2. Bank pass book /electricity bill /.telephone bill / mobile bill for address proof.
Both should be attested by notary public / embassy / consulate.
