i want to incorporate pharmaceutical co plz tell me all details n procedure to be followed

Few things need to be confirmed be fore forming a Company:
- Whether : Private Ltd or Public Company;
- In which state the registered office of the proposed company, shall be located.;
- Number of Directors or Shareholders interested in the proposed company;
- Capital involvement details.
- Main Object : Pharma , if any other object, should be ascertained.
IN case the above issues are confirmed , the Company formation procedure can be initiated.
