PLEASE CLEAR MY QUERY.

I WANT TO KNOW THAT IS IT MANDATORY TO INSERT OBJECT OR ACTIVITY AFTER THE NOUN, WHILE APPLYING FOR THE NAMES OF THE COMPANY ?

SOME SAYS IT IS MANDATORY, EVEN I THINK IT IS NECESSARY, BUT I HAVE SEEN MANY COMPANIES WITH JUST TWO WORDS i.e. THE NAME & THE WORD LIMITED.

17 September 2013 After implemention of MCA21, it is demanded by ROC to have noun and activity in your name application.

NO MATTER IT IS A PRIVATE COMPANY OR A PUBLIC COMPANY.

I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE NAME GUIDELINES, BUT NOTHING IN THIS REGARD IS MENTIONED THERE.
FROM WHERE I CAN READ IN DETAIL ABOUT THE SAME ?

17 September 2013 As i earlier said, the ROC demand about this. I also know that Guidelines is silent on that issue.

You can ask from concern ROC that where it is mentioned.
