Please see my query, given hereunder :

A new private limited is proposed to be incorporated with managing director.

Company has got its name availability.

Query

Is there any agreement to be executed for managing director's appointment at the time of filing Form 1 ?

Should we attach the agreement as optional attachment in Form 1 ?

Format of the agreement for MD's appointment may be provided to complete the process.

1. Agreement is not mandatory. May be taken care through AOA.
2. If executed at the time of incorporation,it can be attached along with e-form 1 as optional attachment or can be filed later in accordance with 192(4)(c) of the Companies Act,1956.
