Incorporation of a new company

17 April 2013 I am incorporating a new Private Limited Company with 2 NRI promoters both residing in Delhi for last 3 years but having British Passport/Nationality.

Please advise me if it is possible?? Whether there is any rule that minimum 1 director should be an Indian passport holder.

20 April 2013 As per my understanding there is no such rule that minimum 1 director should be an indian passport holder.

2 NRIs holding valid din numbers can be directors in a private limited company.

However, please get in touch with a professional CA or CS firm and confirm the same.
