10 August 2011 what is incorporation expenses, and in which account head is to be assign to this?

10 August 2011 When you form a new company the expenses incurred by you for the formation of the company is called incorporation expenses. These expenses includes expenses on drafting and printing of MA & AA, Fee to professionals, Fee to ROC Office and the same shall appear under the head Miscellaneous Expenses on Assets side of the Balance Sheet
