How long it takes to change the registered office address to a new one for a private limited company? Is that a very big procedure? Pls advice...

If it is shifted to within in same city town and village then call a Board meeting pass the resolution and submit Form-18 with ROC. From the date you given in Board meeting of your new address will be effective date.
