(Querist)
16 December 2010 I have filed a Form 1A for availability for name.Under the column 3 i have opted 'private' instead of public. acordingly concered officer has allotted the name as 'limited' instead of private limited.

Now i have filed form 1 as a public limited company.

ROC is not approving form1 and noting that 'the particulars are the public company'

There are no option in the Form68 also.

What can i do ?
