02 September 2013 The sales in prev.year 2012-13 is 55,00,000 and the np is 230000.The income u/s 44ad will be calculated @ 8 % . please let me know how this is to be shown in the ITR 4

09 September 2013 u have to file the itr in which u filed the original return and u need to select option return under sec 139(5)-revised return.

09 September 2013 Original return filed was ITR 4, there is no provision in this form for presumptive income to be shown at 8 %, I think so ??
