This is with reference to your above letter, due to an inadvertent typographical error pan has been mentioned wrong in ITR-4 for the financial year 2010-11. Hence I apologize and pray that the mistake may be excused.
You are requested kindly considered correct pan as per copy of pan card which is attached herewith for your ready reference.
