Question: Should this company file Income tax returns????
I would be thankful if anyone could suggest me asap.....

03 June 2009 Every company shall furnish on or before the due date the return in respect of its income or loss in every previous year. Pl read 3rd proviso to section 139(1) of the income tax Act,1961.
