Situation: An incorporated company whichis not in operation for past 3-4 yrs now starts its operations...
Question: Should this company file Income tax returns????

Every company shall furnish on or before the due date the return in respect of its income or loss in every previous year. Pl read 3rd proviso to section 139(1) of the income tax Act,1961.
