Income tax return in case of doctors

good evening
By profession I am consulting dentist.
Now i want to file ITR.
So can i file ITR 4 as profession without books of a/c.
Is there any compulsion on Doctors to maintain books of a/c.

Also, there are certain prescribed records like Daily Patient Register, which are to be compulsorily maintained.

ITR4 is ok. But no books of Account case does not apply to your case.

Gross recipt
Gross Profit
expences
Net profit.
As profession without books of account
The columns u mentioned are for those who are not required to maintain books of accounts but not in your case.
You better consult a C.A. and prepare a Balance Sheet
