Hello All,

I have to E-file Income Tax return for FY 2009-10 now , can I file the same now?

if Yes than what is the procedure ?

after lots of request i got my form 16A now & in FY 2009-10 the client deducted my TDS of Rs 25000/-

Please help me to get the refund?

06 July 2012 Income tax return for FY 09-10 could have been filed upto 31.03.2012.

Since the time period to file the return has expired the return has become time barred and CANNOT be filed now.
