If any AOP has earned any negative income in AY 2010-11, will he do return file or not??

you cant file for AY 2010-11 suomoto now...so it is immaterial whether you made profit or loss.
If you receive 142(1) or 148 notice, you can file in response to the same...provide details of receipt of income and expenditure made by AOP. if it is loss it is loss...doesnt make any difference as far as filing procedure is concerned

if i am not receive any notice u/s 142(1) or 148 then it is compulsory for filling

well in absence of notice, you cant file the return now.
