Dear Sir
I just want to know whether an assessee can file her income tax return for FY 2005-06 now, she was getting salary but tax was deducting on professional bases.
FY 2005-06 Onwards income tax return are being filed regularly.
How to file for FY 2005-06 and in which form. No form are being shown in income tax portal for such FY 2005-06.
Kindly advise whether we can file the return now or we should ignore that FY return.

No. you cannot file return for more than 2 years old unless a notice under 142(1) or 148 is issued. Just ignore.
