Sir,
One of our client had filed IT Return for same year, Say (A.Y.2009-10) for 2 times without knowing the fact, with different figures.Both are filed as Original returns.
Now How can we rectify it.
what's the IT procedure to rectify it.

Assumed you filed paper return, please intimate with fact to your A.O. and rectify the same
