I only earn income from commission.under which head it is taxable?
which itr is applicable for me? i can not maintain any book of account.
My income Was near RS.1,80,000.00
Tds Deducted u/s 194H Rs. 18000

The commission you earned is taxable under other income. File ITR 1.

Commission Income is Taxable under the head Profit and Gains of Business or Profession. You need to file ITR4.
