24 February 2014 If one person files ITR online for A.Y 2011-12 coz to get refund of TDS deducted by bank but his salary is below taxable limit. And in A.Y 2012-13, no TDS is deducted and his income is also below taxable limit. So, is he liable to file ITR online??

25 February 2014 Since the income does not exceed the taxable limit the assessee is NOT required to file an income tax return.
