15 February 2014 Dear Sir,

I have filed my tax return for A.Y. 13-14 But after filling that return i check for my previous return for A.Y. 12-13 which status is "Rejected" due to late delivery of ITR-V to Income tax department Bangaluru.
So please suggest me what to do for the A.Y. 12-13 this return contain "refund".
What should i do that not leads to any scrutiny or other process.

15 February 2014 you should file revised return immediately and send ITRV. this return shall be considered as an original return only and processed for refund too
