One of my client has given TDS certificate in that nature of payment is 194C and he has also given expenditure bill and bank statements. how should I file the returns and which ITR form I have to file for the assessment year 2013-14

I dont think ITR1 is applicable. you need to file ITR4 or ITR4S (in case of Individuals/HUF).
