PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN WITH MY SPOUSE WHO IS HOUSEWIFE HAVING SOME INCOME FROM BANKS/COMPANIES FD'S WHEREBY MYSELF NRI HAVING A SMALL INCOME FROM INDIAN SOURCES.
i USED TO FILE ITR1 FOR LAST THREE YEARS FOR MYSELF ONLINE BUT TILL TO DAY I DID NOT FILE /INCLUDE OR DECLARE INCOME OF MY WIFE .
MY QUERY IS TO ASK THAT HOW SHOULD I FILE THE RETURN , SHOULD THIS TO BE FILE TOGETHER OR INDIVIDUALLY ?
