02 December 2011 Income Tax Refund of A.Y.2008-2009 Not Received even though i have submitted Original Form 16A the A.O.is saying as it is not appearing in Form 26AS he can't grant /issue the refund

02 December 2011 The A.O. is right , now you have to ask or inquire from your employer , whether tax deducted has been deposited with the government otherwise you can not get refund. Plz inquire from your employer.
