Sir one of my Clint file excess refund amt under which section I file his return

If the original return was filed within due date u/s 139(1) then you can file revised return u/s 139(5).
Remember revised return can be filed within 1 year from the end of relevant assessment year or the completion of assessment whichever is earlier.
