Income tax refund due date

07 February 2015 Dear expert,
suppose. i have income tax return on 25/6/2014 for the fy 2013-14. but there was no tax liability and i have claimed tds deducted amount
but how long will i get this amount,
is there any due date for refund or any interest provision in income tax.

07 February 2015 It take around 60 days from receipt of ITRV for processing of return and issue of refund.

Under Section 244A of the Income-Tax Act, a taxpayer is entitled to interest at 0.5% for every month (6% per annum).
