Income tax refund

I am filed manual return of my client he received refund amount with wrong bank account and the refund advise expired. Please suggest me the procedure for obtaining the new advise from income tax department for Asst.Year 2011-12.

You have to file refund reissue request with jurisdictional AO mentioning correct account number and with original refund voucher.
