21 November 2012 The refund sequence number is mentioned on the intimation issued by the department.
It is mentioned right under the CPC reference number.

21 November 2012 in the intimation given by the department there is communication ref no and ack no and ther is no refund sequence no.

22 November 2012 It is a 10 digit number. Is there refund in the intimation? Refund sequence number will be mentioned only if the intimation shows a refund.
