Hi,
I have some query regarding Income Tax return.
I worked at 2 institute on Part time basis.
I got payment total payment of Rs 10000 by working in both institute(i.e. rs 5000/month in each institute)
Also I am in the business of sales and repair of Computers and printers.
So my query is
1)I am going to file ITR 4 where i mentioned business income as INCOME FROM FIRM.SPECULATION WITHOUT BOOKS.44E
(Profession without books of a/c)where in mentioned income and expenses generally occured
So is it right way or should i make entry in balance sheet and trading P n L a/c format
2)My next query is the institute where i am working are very small firms. So which option should i consider in Income from salary head
a) salary with deduction
b)salaries,allowances and perquisites
c)salary as per form 16
d)salary as monthly table

1. You should file ITR 4S.
