24 March 2014 i a person earn Rs. 600000/- as salary ( 50000/- PM including Rs. 6000/- HRA)for FY-2014-2015, & he has invest Rs. 100000 in U/S 100000, Rs. 25000/- in U/s D, & donation Rs. 100000 in U/S 80 G ( 50% exempt )
what will be the tax liability
please answer

24 March 2014 With an assumption of you paying House rent per month is more than Rs.12,500/-p.m then your total tax liability for A.Y 2014-15 is Rs.17752.00

24 March 2014 As well as provide to which scheme you donated Rs.100000/- because of depending on the donated scheme the eligible u/s 80G shall changes. In my reply i assumed you donated to general scheme, so for correct tax calculation please provide the following details,

1) your age as on 31-3-2014
2) Name of the scheme on organisation you made donation
3) your monthly rent payment towards house rent.
