One of my client purchase a plot in noida in 1986 rs. 500000/- & sales in 2010 rs 80,00,000/- he is deposit RS. 75,00,000/- IN sbi capital gain a/c for purpose of new plot purchase what section he claim tax relief in capital gain ? please confirm
