Income tax filling 2011-12

16 June 2014 Dear sir,

In 26AS(2011-12) TDS IS deducted on FD.Income tax is not filled for the Assessment year 2012-13.Now i am not able to file it.Any alternative is there to file now and to get refund?

16 June 2014 return already time barred. you can file the same only if the AO issues 142(1) notice or you can approach the appropriate authority under 119(2) for refund. needless to say both are equally lengthy procedures.
