Sir,
I am accountant part time in various organisation. As such please suggest me that that my income will be salary or professional income to show in income return.

if ur having employor - employee relationship then sec 192 will applicable for tds and income shall be shown in itr 1 but if u getting any exemption under sec 10 more then 5000 then file itr2

It seems that your Income will be professional income only and you will have to file ITR4.
When you work for various organization it is obvious that there won't be any employer employee relationship with various organization. Please check under which section they are deducting TDS from you. It must be u/s 194J.

there can be part time employement also...so querist must clearly state whether he is working as part time employment or otherwise?

Part time employment with various organizations? Employer employee relationship is not there in part time employment. Part time work is always in the capacity as professional. He has used the word various and therefore it seems to be professional service.
